Isabelle kept the initial industrial-style glass partition wall as a nod to the history of the workshop. She turned the kitchen area into a space that fits the property owners’s requirements while nodding to the system’s past. For the installed cabinets along the windows, the mix of birch with the white color that is dominant in the house leads to a sensation that is warm and intentionally limited.
Both the designer and the customers wished to keep the previous tailor’s workplace, which now works as a visitor space. The restroom styles come as a surprise, filled with color that contrast with the house’s universal white. Behind a green door, the powder space’s pink tiles and porcelain stoneware flooring are particularly striking.
